Several of our Eastern European temps speak English while some speak and \/ or understand Danish. <\/h4>\n

At BlueCollar, we have employees who can communicate in the native language of our temporary workers. We therefore make sure that the temp has understood the task and that any instructions are translated for the temp.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

\r\n <\/i><\/span>\r\n \r\n What is the limit on the amount of foreign labour I can employ?<\/span> <\/h3>\r\n\r\n

There is no threshold for the use of foreign workers who are EU \/ EEA citizens. Therefore, there is no limit on the amount of our temporary staff you can employ.<\/h4><\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

The advantage of foreign temps is that they are primarily in the country to work. This means that they are focused and hard-working, they are easy to locate close to their workplace and their families are still in their home country, so they do not need to take any child’s first day of sickness leave.
